OUR CHEFS

Chris Nowak is Snap Pea’s in-house Executive Chef and menu developer. In addition to his continued contribution to Snap Pea’s menu, Chris works side by side with our outsourced, menu-developer Executive Chef Jeff LeBeau making sure each recipe flows flawlessly from our kitchen to your table. Chris takes each entrée that is created for our menu and determines and finalizes the cooking process that will give you the freshest, highest-quality taste yet require minimal finishing efforts at home.
